•    Authorization of foreign investment request to the Government, for foreign investments

      with a percentage of ownership higher than 10% of the stock capital.

•    Elaboration of the dossier for the foreign investment request to the Government.

•    Management of the procedures needed for the public deed.

•    Entry at the “Registre” is obligatory. The society will acquire legal identity since its

      registration (This service is made by the notary)

•    Processing of Número de Registre Tributari (NRT, Tax identification number).

•    Entry at census taxes: Impost de societats and Impost General Indirecte.

•    Entry of the society at CASS (National Health Service).
