•    Application of the company name reservation at the Government.

•    Drafting of the company statutes settling the management.

•    Management of the procedures needed for the public deed.

•    Entry at the “Registre” is obligatory. The society will acquire legal identity

      since its registration (This service is made by the notary)

•    Processing of Número de Registre Tributari (NRT, Tax identification

      number).

•    Entry at census taxes: Impost de societats and Impost General Indirecte.

•    Entry of the society at CASS (Nacional Health Service).
